Mission Statement:
Our mission statement reflects who we are as providers and our shared vision for providing the highest quality services to all our clients and families.
“We are dedicated to partnering with families to provide compassionate, individualized ABA services that honor each child’s journey and support growth in ways that are meaningful, respectful, and sustainable.”
Values:
Our values reflect how we will provide those services, how we will uphold our professional ethics, and how we will engage with our clients, families, and coworkers.
- Value #1: We are committed to making therapy services non-judgmental. This means families should feel safe to be open about their goals, family values, questions, concerns, and struggles. Each family’s journey is unique, and our job is to walk alongside them in support, not to judge them. We will be respectful of each family’s background, living situation, cultural differences, knowledge, and capacity.
- Value #2: We are committed to making services family centered. This means everything we do needs to be helpful and feasible for our families. We can bring our professional knowledge and experience to the table, but ultimately, the parents have the final word. Our goal is to empower parents to make the best decision for their child, and to advocate for their child’s best interest, but still respect their autonomy as primary caregivers.
- Value #3: We are committed to challenging negative expectations of ABA. This means we want to change the conversation and redefine expectations of what ABA is. We believe we can be both scientific and human, prioritizing both high-quality, research-based intervention and valuing our clients for who they are.

Value #4: We are committed to making our services as accessible as possible. This means that, while we do need to make enough money to keep the clinic running, finances are not our main priority, and, whenever possible, should not prevent a family from receiving services they need. We will work with families to help them access services that will improve their quality of life.
Value #5: We are committed to being a safe space for each of our clients to be the best version of themselves. This means that we are not here to change what makes our clients special; instead, we are here to support them as they grow into the happiest, healthiest, most independent versions of themselves. We will promote lifelong changes to improve our clients’ (and their families’) quality of life, while also embracing each person’s uniqueness and helping them shine.
Value #6: We are committed to promoting client dignity and independence. This means we are always striving to help each of our clients be as self-sufficient as possible. Long-terms goals will focus on teaching communication, self-advocacy, functional/daily living skills, social interactions, and other skill sets that will help clients live as independently as they are able.
Value #7: We are committed to viewing barriers as challenges, not stop signs. This means that we recognize obstacles are a normal part of the therapy journey. We will work together, as a team and with our families, to figure out the best path forward for each situation.
Value #8: We are committed to treating everyone with respect and kindness. This means we will speak kindly and show empathy to all our clients, parents, coworkers, interns, and anyone else who comes to our clinic. We will maintain a cohesive, team-based approach for working together. When we need to have difficult conversations with parents or confront coworkers about problems, we will do our best to do so respectfully and professionally.
Value #9: We are committed to engaging in the highest level of ethical practice. This means we will follow our professional guidelines, including the seven dimensions of ABA. We will practice within our scope and capacity, while continuing to grow our knowledge and skills. We will make data-driven decisions and promote empirical treatment options.
Value #10: We are committed to helping everyone who comes through our doors find the best path for them. This means our staff/families are valued and welcome always, but no one should ever feel coerced to stay. If parents find services that better fit their needs or goals, they are welcome to switch providers. If staff members want to pursue other options (in ABA or other fields), they are welcome to do so. We will do our best to be supportive of everyone on their journey.
